Commercial properties currently extend to more than 32,000 square feet. 75% have been developed from scratch within the last ten years at New Hayward Farm.  The 19th century model farm buildings at Leverton have also been completely refurbished and upgraded.

Leverton Farm Buildings and Potting Sheds

The Leverton Farm Buildings and Potting Sheds are now home to a number of local businesses and have become a destination in their own right, less than two miles from the centre of Hungerford (see separate page).

New Hayward Farm

Until 2002, New Hayward Farm was the centre of the Estate's dairy operation. After the dispersal of the dairy herd, the opportunity arose to develop some of the farm buildings for commercial tenants. The Mills and Reid Buildings are let to long-term tenants.
